Vote for me, or starve. The ultimate socialist winning strategy.

April 1, 2018 (the following is NOT an April fool’s joke): Venezuela is perhaps the ultimate socialist experiment in our century. According to the Wall St. Journal, inflation is expected to be only 13,000% this year (back in 2016 CNN said that inflation was expected to “catapult” to 700%). Three quarters of the population have lost an average of 19 lbs. since last year. In May, 2018, a new election for the national ruling body will occur, and millions of people who hate dictator president Maduro will still vote for his ruling party because if they don’t they may lose their food subsidies, and therefore will starve. This election is so crooked that more than a dozen Western hemisphere countries, including the United States, Canada, Brazil, Argentina and Mexico say they won’t even recognize the results of the election. The ruling party is called the Socialist Party. Big surprise isn’t it!

Why is this happening? Madura knows. “It’s a CIA plot.” Un huh. So much has already been written and I have nothing new to add…except to reiterate my boundless contempt for socialist tools–which includes a lot of clueless millennials here in the U.S. You know, the ones who have it better than they deserve, never heard of a thing called gratitude, and when asked to give their opinion on Venezuela–or other socialist hellholes–say “maybe we should give it a chance here….”
